No pets. One-year lease; 9-month lease available for students. I am the homeowner (female) and also live in the house. It has worked well to have tenants here and I look forward to meeting you!

1 student or professional looking for 2 rooms and a private bath ($1,800/mo; $1,700/mo for current college student).

2 current college students looking for 2 private rooms and shared bath ($2,000/mo, $1,000/mo. per person). This option is available only to two current students who already know each other. No couples.

Rooms are furnished, as shown. One room is 14' x 11' with 2 large closets. Second room is 10.5' x 10' with 1 large closet. Just north of Cathedral Oaks near Fairview in a quiet neighborhood.

Amenities include wifi, central air conditioning, laundry, fenced yard, comfortably furnished living room and dining room.

Shared kitchen - this is not a match for someone who will be spending a lot of time cooking.

Utilities included. Parking in driveway for 1 car; street parking for second car. All tenants need their own transportation (car or bike).

References and background check required. First month's rent and security deposit in advance. No pets, parties, smoking, drugs, or frequent visitors.

This is a perfect match for someone who has a quiet lifestyle and where we can be friendly and also mutually respect each other's space.

I have a 2 medium-sized dogs, well-trained, friendly, who shed regularly. You are a dog lover who can treat them kindly and who enjoys having dogs in the house. Looking forward to connecting with the right person(s)!
