This amazing apartment is located in one of Bend's most desirable neighborhoods. The charming and quiet community offers several parks and a centrally located swimming pool and sport/basketball court, all of which are accessible to you! Located on Bend's West side, The Parks at Broken Top is also close to restaurants, The Pavilion ice rink, river surf wave, Old Mill District, new OSU Cascades campus, Tetherow golf resort, mountain bike trails, and is a straight shot (~25 minute drive) to Mt. Bachelor and surrounding lakes.

The unit features: a private parking space for one vehicle, separate entrance with steps, covered deck, 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom (w/ bath & shower), living room, washer/dryer and kitchen. The bedroom and living room both get amazing natural light - especially in the morning - with large east/south facing windows. The kitchen opens to the living space and features a large pantry, fridge, stove top, microwave and dishwasher. Also, steps away is a beautiful park with lush green grass and Ponderosa trees. The private neighborhood pool and sport court with basketball hoops are also a very short walk.

The apartment is ideal for one person, but 2 people would be considered. Please note parking is available for only one car. Water, sewer, electricity and natural gas are shared with the main house. Tenant portion of the cost of these utilities is $100/month. No pets and no smoking, please.

As this unit is in a peaceful community and located above the attached garage of the main house, we're looking for a quiet, respectful tenant.

Additional requirements include:

-Monthly income of at least $4650, verifiable through pay stubs, bank account information, etc.
-No more than one vehicle, there is one parking space and street parking is not available
-Passing a Background/Credit Check
-Security Deposit $2000
-$100/month to cover gas, water/sewer, electricity and HOA dues

    "I only lived here a couple months. it's nice, but has it's busy times and is near busier roads. I can walk to a restaurant within 5 minutes, as well as a coffee shop. the grocery store is about a 10 minute walk. across the road they're building more food shops so food will literally be across the street. you can walk to downtown, it's about a 20-30 minute walk, but it's so nice."

    "I live here. It is a very quiet neighborhood. Very family and dog friendly. Trails from the neighborhood connect with the Deschutes Haul Road trail that leads out to an endless trail system. No traffic to speak of. Street parking is limited. We love this neighborhood."
