No pets allowed of any kind, non-smoking, no use of yard, on street parking only. This is a 1-year lease contract and the rent is $1,950 per month, tenant pays all utilities. No realtor fees involved, but there will be a $50 application fee per adult applicant (fee will cover background check, credit check, income verification). Apartment is free move -in and it is available ASAP. Tenant will need to pay first month and a month and a half for security deposit which is due at the time of signing the lease.
