Very safe, quite, lovely, clean, survellance cameras, and guards at the gate, but you have to attend neighborhood parties to know people, otherwise, it's very quite, you don't really see people talking to each other only those who jog or walk their pets. Soon the neighborhood is getting a park and a baseball court. It's beautiful, and prices are picking up very quickly in this hidden germ! It doesn't even feel like vallejo, and really, It's not close to vallejo downtown so we are absolutely not affected by whatever crime is going on downown"

This is a great place for families and anyone looking for a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of the Bay Area but who still want to be within 30min of everything!"
