No application fee, however prospective tenants to pay $35 to Zillow Rental Manager for credit report, background check, rental history, etc. We do not take Section 8 vouchers. Serious & qualified candidates should only apply.

Small pets are conditional upon landlord approval with a $300 non-refundable pet fee.

We are looking for responsible & professional tenants with stable, salaried employment & good credit. Tenants to upkeep the home in an orderly manner, inside & out. Tenant is responsible for mowing the lawn; lawn mower is provided. Washer & dryer rental is available through landlord for $30/mo. Non-smoking home, no drugs.

Kids ride their bicycles and play with their friends after school and on the weekends, our neighbors are friendly and we’re located so conveniently to HWY 1 (goes to Raleigh, Cary), shopping, dining and downtown Apex. There’s a farmers market every Saturday or Sunday in the summer times. This place has a great feel. I love living here. "
