The home has a 2 car garage that accesses the back yard, and since it is a corner lot, has plenty of street parking for guests. The yard has many mature trees and the home has a second floor balcony for sunning. The home can be rented furnished, partially furnished, or unfurnished. This is an old home and to keep some of the original features of the home, painting, adding wall paper, or any physical changes of the property are not allowed unless disclosed and agreed upon by the landlord.

5. What is included in the rent?
Lawncare, hot tub care, and water are all included in the rent. Electric, gas, and internet are covered by the tenant.

6. How much are the utilities?
Internet (based on choice) is around $60-$100. Gas usually runs average of $50 a month, and electric runs and average of $120 a month. This of course changes depending on the time of year.

7. What happens if I damage the property?
This is a beautiful and historic home with all modern amenities. Respect for the property is definitely a requirement, so finding a tenant that has an appreciate for old homes and will care for it as such is a must.

8. What are my landlords like?
We have rented several of our properties in our past and this is our one and only rental. We will be attentive, address any concerns or needs quickly. I can connect you to some of our previous tenants if you want to check us out. We understand the need for a good landlord is equally important as the need for good tenants. We will definitely do all things to be that for you.
