About this House

Hello! I have two private rooms for rent in a 4 bed 2 bath house in Brandon, just outside Tampa city limits. We are centrally located next to multiple grocery stores, the Brandon mall, and two highways but tucked away into a residential neighborhood and free from traffic. We are 15 minutes form ybor and 20 minutes from downtown Tampa.

Both rooms are available and with new LVP flooring. Furnished with a bed (bedding & pillows included), a closet, desk & chair, and a nightstand & reading lamp. You'll be sharing a bathroom with whoever rents out the other room.

There are several common spaces, including: a living/TV room, laundry, kitchen, lanai, large backyard with gardening plots, and a garage home gym. The house comes with all major appliances, as well as a few extras for everyone (PS4, vacuum, air fryer, Keurig, blender, toaster, etc.) We keep these areas clean.

Roommate info:
I am a 30 year old woman who works full-time and am quiet, respectful and friendly. I have two hound dogs (large breed, very friendly and chill).

I'm originally from Tampa and usually garden or work in my spare time. I have a hybrid schedule but keep regular 9-5 hours.

I take the dogs to the groomers every 2 weeks, we strive to keep the house at a reasonable level of cleanliness and would expect us all to clean up after ourselves. I don't use the kitchen all that much (but don't mind if you do!).

Parking available, quiet hours 10pm-7am, no smoking in house. Lease is month-to-month, 30 day notice needed for moving out. $50 late fee after 3 days, $10 every day following. Renter not expected to pitch in for wear & tear maintenance/repairs but is expected to report any noticeable issues in a timely manner.
