About this House

Very rare three bedroom apartment in the heart of Durham. Central heat and AC. It is possible to live here and enjoy the city and Duke campus without a car. Large apartment with three bedrooms (3!), one bath, plenty of closets, and a giant basement which adds an additional 1,000 square feet of space for bikes, bands, or studio. Private driveway.

The basement has 9 foot plus high ceilings, and is above ground on three sides. It holds the washer and dryer, and can get wet in places in big storms, so it is best used as a gym, or workshop. However it is huge. The size of the entire apartment, so it is like having a free storage unit.

The back is a big wooded lot that makes the city seem less concrete, but with sidewalks leading right to the center of everything in less time than it would take your Uber to arrive. Close to Ellerby creek bike trail and Coco Cinnamon and Motorco.

Possibility for a small fenced area, although subject to negotiation.

Renter responsible for water, gas, and electric. Pets welcome.
