The open plan kitchen/living room has views of the bay and there is a sunny deck accessed from the living room. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. There is a washer/dryer downstairs and substantial (6+ cars) street parking along this large corner property.

It is an 8 minute walk to water sports facilities and a small beach, and 12 min walk to Caledonia St shops, cafes and restaurants. Public transportation to SF by bus is a 1 block walk, or a 23 minute walk to the Ferry terminal.

Otherwise, the southern marin mothers group is very active here for noms of young kids and there are several fantastic private school for all educational philosophies. Overall, a great city for kids. Lots of tourist activity, but strong neighbor support. Lots of parks public spaces and restaurants that are kid friendly. "
