It is also priced with the college student in mind. Each bedroom can only be accessed with an electronic lock, allowing the student to "lock-down" his/her bedroom containing all of their valuables. Each bedroom has it's own thermostat, and spa-like shower in the bathroom. Colors, textures, and flooring all combine for a soothing atmosphere.

    "This area has an excellent park nearby. Commerce is a college town. We only have one grocery store,(Brookshires) and a small Walmart. Only a handful of places to eat out at. Commerce has nothing to offer the younger generations to come and raise their families. "
