This unit has central air and heat and while there is no washer and dryer connection the public laundry mat is close to make doing laundry a breeze. Both bedrooms have carpet while the living area has lament floor making cleaning easier.

    "This area has an excellent park nearby. Commerce is a college town. We only have one grocery store,(Brookshires) and a small Walmart. Only a handful of places to eat out at. Commerce has nothing to offer the younger generations to come and raise their families. "
