Being less than 3 miles away from downtown Tucson, you can enjoy fabulous entertainment, great food, and unique shopping in the Historic 4th Avenue shopping and dining district, which leads you into downtown, where you will find venue after venue of local and visiting musicians at the historic Fox Theater, Rialto Theater (and many others), local breweries, Hotel Congress (good food, great jazz, and unique history), the Arizona Theater Company, Symphony Hall, Children's Museum, eclectic and traditional art museums and events, including the Tucson Art Museum and nearby Old Town Artisans with unique arts and crafts for memorable souvenirs. Be sure to check out the Center of Creative Photography at the UofAZ, where you will find the Ansel Adams collection and many other fantastic photographers' work.
Nearby bike paths make for easy access and affordable transportation all over Tucson. Our 136-mile loop for biking and walking around Tucson's perimeter is very popular with bicycle enthusiasts, especially during the El Tour de Tucson in November each year.

The home is a short-term rental for anywhere from 2 to 8 months. It has a full kitchen, a laundry facility, two smart TVs, and Wi-Fi. There are three bedrooms: one with a king-size bed, one with a Full-Size bed, and one with a trundle bed and a computer desk. The home can sleep up to 4 people.
The living room is quite comfortable and opens to the front and back of the house. It has a large back patio for indoor/outdoor entertaining or enjoying the hypnotic desert evening in Tucson.
There's plenty of off-street parking and room for an RV or Bus if that's your mode of transportation.
Have pets? We offer a pet-friendly home with a large, fenced-in backyard to keep them safe. ($50 pet fee)
Enjoy beadwork and making jewelry? We offer classes and studio time at our Bead Studio next door.
