First month's rent, of 1,400.00 and a deposit of 750.00 is expected to be paid in full before moving in, and executing the signatures on the lease. lease is to be a minimum of six months. A maximum, of "three" 3 pets/ service/ emotional support allowed.

This house is conveniently located 0.4 miles from the city park, 0.6 miles from the police dept. 0.3 miles from the fire dept. 1.0 miles from the high school football field. It has, city sewer, city water, city trash, Mississippi power provides electricity, and a mailbox is provided.

I grew up next door to this house, and only live two houses down currently. all of the above information should elevate, any concerns for safety, and security. there is a canopy covering the cars, however it is not an enclosed garage.

I answered some of these questions in the previous box. Renter is responsible for all utilities.
