WOW what a nice place to live. This newly renovated property is clean, airy and has lots of natural light. This home has been freshly painted, a few new windows, new carpet and flooring throughout. Ceiling fans hang in the bedrooms. Enjoy a cool drink on the front yard watching the other families BBQ, sitting their on lawn chairs with their pets. Yes we allow pets with a pet fee and a pet rental. Grass is renter's responsibility. Please no smoking inside.
