Living room has a hide-a-way bed in the couch. There is a dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen features a full size fridge/freezer & oven, a microwave and a small dishwasher perfectly sized for the unit. It is stocked with essential kitchenware.

1 bedroom with a queen size bed, dresser & closet. The en-suite bathroom has a shower with a 2-in-1 showerhead.

Private washer & dryer.

Neighborhood overview
Great location in a quiet neighborhood, close to a great park and less than a mile away from downtown. There is a bus stop right next to the home. Perfect location just minutes from everything you need including the hospital and university.

1 - The tenant will have sole use of the lower driveway off Dawnview Court and sole use of the lower porch and BBQ area.
2 - The front yard and fire pit are shared but available for use. Without consent, the tenant will not use the backyard or side driveway (off Crestview).
3 - Tenant's Laundry room also holds the central heat and water heater for the main house. The Landlord may need to access this space from time to time to maintain these systems. Where possible the Landlord will communicate should access be required into this central utility room.
4 - Smoking or vaping is not allowed on any area inside or outside on the property grounds.
5 - Looking for Mid to Long term tenants 3 months minimum but ideally 6+ Months
