  • Michael D.
"There are plenty of parks to walk your dogs nearby. There should be a dog run near the water. Fewer parks appear the farther you getaway from the river. "

  • Lwop97
"small community with somewhat high crime rate for the population. most people are decent, not many high paying jobs to choose from however its across the bridge from lewiston idaho where there is more shopping available and a higher job opportunity although .the minimum wage is almost impossible unless you are both working couple or if you land a job at the mill or bullet factory."
  • Anne B.
"Would like the quiet streets, and easy access to schools and parks. Is paved and lit up at night. There are no sidewalks so that would be something that some people would not like."
  • Anne B.

  • Kathy P.
"I live in the LC Valley and this is one of the premier yet affordable areas to have a home. There is no thru traffic in this neighborhood. It's purely residential. The area is old enough to have wonderful mature landscaping and new enough to be in top notch condition with lots of pride of ownership"
  • Steve
"We are third generation residents of the Clarkston area and live, work, and love it here. It's the perfect place to raise a family, to have animals, live freely and socially. Great churches, great proximity to the airport, fishing, hunting. Great community with swimming pools and recreation that big cities don't have. Our home looks out over miles of mountains yet is minutes from Costco, Walmart, restaurants, etc. Perfect combination of privacy, intimacy, and society. Perfect home for guests and entertaining but comfortable in every sense of the word. Also an amazing combination of rural and modern conveniences. "
