The home is right across the street from a park and walking distance to South Shore & Metra to CHI train stations.

Kitchen has modern appliances, however, the dishwasher is a little older.

Living room and kitchen have been repainted, so there is a bright feel to the house. The natural light also comes through. Approx $200 mo/utilities.
