  • Marita D.
"It's ok. People just need to learn to be considerate of others, especially after 11pm at night. Disturbing your neighbors that time of night with loud car music in the parking lot, shining your headlights into people's bedrooms, loud voices coming from you and your small children while walking to the buildings and once you're inside in the hallways shows no manners. Not everyone is on the same schedule, so you should think about how you would feel if your rest was disturbed. "
