"I lived in this area for 5+ years and it’s has its pros but mostly cons. The neighborhood has closed a lot of its stores leaving residents to travel at least 15+ minutes to get to a decent grocery store. The community pool shut down 2 years ago. The park needs work. Money is being taken out instead of invested in the community but no one is saying anything. "
  • Teekee123
"University Park is a family oriented area. In desperate need of a local grocery store. Pretty safe. Isolated incidents like any other neighborhood. "
