"It’s the only neighborhood located exactly where it is. In fact the only place you can find it in Kansas City is in the place where it is located geographically. "

"I don't see a lot of kids around , accept on the weekends at the river market . River front park is a good place to go and it's a great place to bring your dogs , if you do bring your dogs check out the bark bar next to riverfront park off of grand . very cool place. "

"The area has class and nostalgia, but like anywhere , there is bad to go with the good. it's almost to the point where we don't even want to walk the dogs at night without carrying. "

"I feel like I am in the middle of all the action. I’m a 5 minute walk from the river market area, a 5 minute walk from the power and light district, and a street car ride away from the crossroads arts district. This area of KC is filled with great restaurants and bars and is pretty safe. I also like how close I am to both the interstates that lead to the north and south of Kansas City. "

"There are no dog parks nearby. But the area is quite pet-friendly other than that. Note: on the grocery stores, I think many drive to nearby stores and use the downtown stores as back up."

"Easy access to Highways! Their are no idiot drivers to deal with. So those of you with occasional, or all the time road rage, will be pleased with your fellow commuters! It’s nice to have your own vehicle here, however most everything you need on a daily basis is in walking distance. The sidewalks are double wide, for comfortable walking with you and your family. The scenery is Gorgeous here, from the top of the historic architectural tree, to the cute vintage light poles on those sidewalks! Have Fun :) "

"You are close to everything in Kansas City. You can walk to P&L or down to First Friday’s in the Crossroads District, but you can also walk to the year-round farmers market in River Marker and find amazing Vietnamese food in Columbus Park. "
