this school is not that bad but it does have a poor review and would need more help so yes I would recommend this for you guys, but it is not that clean and students always get caught vaping but I would recommend going to lake side instead it is more clean fancy and no kids vape there but like I said, this school is not that good and would need help and it only has a 2.5 rating and lake side has a 4.3 rating and is more better but this school is nice and I would like to give this school a 5.0 rating.

I’ve had two children attend Culverdale Elementary School, and I truly cannot say enough positive things about the teachers, staff, and administration. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with many staff members through committees, councils, events, and boards, and it’s clear that Culverdale genuinely focuses on the whole child. The school works hand in hand with families and the community to create a supportive environment where students can thrive both academically and personally.In particular, Principal Burke gives his all to this school. His positive impact on the students, staff, and community is unmistakable. He leads with dedication, compassion, and integrity, always keeping students at the center of every decision while thoughtfully balancing both the big picture and the day-to-day details. He is kind, fair, and deeply invested in the success of the school community. Working with him over the years has taught me a great deal about collaborative and positive leadership. Both Culverdale and IUSD are fortunate to have such a dedicated principal.

We had 2 children go to and excel at Uni in the ‘90’s.The first was The Valadictorian and was accepted to and went to Harvard. Our younger one went to and excelled at Cal/BerkeleyWe never had to worry about our kids and did not spend any $$$ on tutors.Thanks for the Great Education and most appreciative of the Faculty who made it easy for us to be successful parents.

Great Teachers, principles and administration , a lot of activities for kids and families gathering and such great after school program , nice stuff and best neighborhood
