Outdoor amenities include 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, corn hole, shuffle board, horse shoes, tennis and pickleball. Indoor amenities such as 2 pool tables, darts, ping pong, yoga and a fitness room. Only 6 miles from Ormond Beach and 10 miles to downtown Daytona. Within 4 miles to fantastic restaurants and stores.

All tenants must be over the age of 18 due to community rules.
