About this House

Available September 1
We're in the process of moving out, so interior photos will be added soon but showings can be arranged in the meantime.

As the long-time owners of this spacious and beautiful home, we've lived here for over a decade. Now, with our child off to college (Go Bruins!) and a new adventure ahead, we're excited to welcome the next residents and hope you'll enjoy living here as much as we have.

This home offers over 3,000 sq ft of living space with 5 bedrooms and 2.75 bathrooms. The entire house features grey laminate flooring comfortable year-round in Irvine's mild climate. A fully paid 3kW solar PV system on the roof helps reduce utility bills by approximately $150 $200/month, depending on usage. All windows have been recently replaced and fitted with elegant white shutters for both energy efficiency and privacy.

Main Level:
The first floor includes a bright, high-ceiling living room and a cozy family room with a large fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooktop and stainless steel appliances. There's also a downstairs bedroom with its own bathroom ideal for guests or multigenerational living.

Upstairs:
The second floor is accessible via a landing lit by a large skylight. The spacious primary suite includes its own fireplace, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms share a full bathroom with dual sinks. A massive fifth bedroom overlooks the street and can be used as an office, study, or bonus room.

Backyard Oasis:
Enjoy a private backyard with a pool, hot tub, and palm trees capturing the essence of Southern California living. Patio furniture, umbrellas, and a fire pit complete the outdoor space, making it perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

Neighborhood:
Located in a peaceful, well-established community with long-term residents, the home is part of the award-winning Irvine Unified School District (IUSD). Northwood High School ranks #372 nationally and #51 in California by U.S. News, and #37 in the state on Niche. We can personally vouch for the quality of education here.

Within walking distance are two parks Carrotwood Park and the popular Northwood "Castle" Park featuring tennis courts, soccer fields, playgrounds, and more. Nearby Zion Market and a shopping plaza offer a variety of Asian restaurants and grocery options. Combined with top-tier schools, convenient amenities, and ideal weather, this is one of the best places to raise a family.
