Roads are private and not accessed by street traffic so random cars driving through are very minimal. Close driving distance to several dog friendly parks!"

The drive towards Philadelphia can be a nuisance depending on the time of day. Rte73, between Rte 70 and the promenade tend to be high traffic areas. The community is well maintained and the neighbors are generally friendly. My packages and cars are safe. I would continue to live here as long as I can. "
