No smoking, no pets are allowed. There are no brokerage fees!

Owner pays for water. Renter is responsible for electric bill and heat. Last month's rent and security deposit are due at signing. No smoking allowed, no pets allowed.
One off street parking, and you can park the second car on the street with permit from the town.
