Fully furnished cozy 3 bed/1 bath cottage in the heart of Charlestown with a short walk to the beach and seasonal resident only parking.
This cottage has a lovely attached deck to enjoy morning coffee and stunning sunsets. Off street parking for 2 cars. Lovely relaxing neighborhood.

All utilities to be paid by tenant during lease term. Water and trash included in monthly rent.
Seasonal lease from after Labor Day to May 31st. Rental duration term can be negotiated if tenant needs longer term.

Pets are not allowed in the property though case by case assessment can be done if tenant has 1 well behaved pet.

"I have had a seasonal home here for the past 15 years. It is a quiet area with an exceptional private beach with deeded right of way to the ocean/beach limited to about 12 property owners. Located on a barrier beach with Ocean front and Ninigret Pond to the rear. Deep-water access from Ninigret to Block Island Sound/Atlantic Ocean through Charlestown Breachway. Excellent swimming, wave surfing, sunbathing, fishing, kayaking on site and hiking close by."
