Fully furnished cozy 3 bed/1 bath cottage in the heart of Charlestown with a short walk to the beach and seasonal resident only parking.
This cottage has a lovely attached deck to enjoy morning coffee and stunning sunsets. Off street parking for 2 cars. Lovely relaxing neighborhood.

Seasonal lease from after Labor Day to May 31st. Rental duration term can be negotiated if tenant needs longer term. However, price will increase significantly for June, July, August.

All utilities to be paid by tenant during lease term. Water and trash included in monthly rent.

Pets are not allowed in the property though case by case assessment can be done if tenant has 1 well behaved pet.

Excellent swimming, wave surfing, sunbathing, fishing, kayaking on site and hiking close by."
