Within coveted Jenkins Elementary school district. Some storage space may be available for personal belongings in walk-out basement (at grade). Home is on a private, dead-end road which offers quiet environment without traffic.

Enjoy outdoor living on large front and back decks, both with breathtaking ocean views with large yard for outdoor activities.

Absolutely no smoking of any substance allowed. Dogs considered. First/Last/Security due at signing

Gas & electric are responsibility of tenant. Trash/recycle & snow removal services are included in monthly rent.
