    "shady parts and pleasant parts . Lots of rentals and lack of home ownership shows as most properties are held in poor to fair conditions. Lots of ignorant people who park there vehicles halfway or fully on sidewalk blocking accessabilty for wheelchairs, streets and k little kids on bikes."

    "I've lived here for almost 5 years. the neighborhood is quiet, safe and friendly. its close to the commuter rail station. I can be in downtown Boston in less than 60 minutes. Also major interstate 495 and route 3 can be accessed in minutes. Less than 2 miles to the ocean and less than 10 miles to state forest. Shopping malls are also minutes away. and best of all, private back yards and wildlife."
