Description

Tons of space w/ 3 Living Areas. The front living could be a formal dining or an office. It could easily be converted to a 4th bedroom, also. There are 2 living areas in the back portion of the house that are split by a brick fireplace/wall. Access to the garage is from both of the back living areas. You also access the covered patio & yard from the sunroom (one of the back living areas). The kitchen has lots of cabinets & counter space plus an Island. The dishwasher & cooktop have been replaced in the last 6-8 years, the oven is original but still works like a charm. Kitchen cabinets were just freshly painted in the spring. All bedrooms have good closet space plus there are 2 coat/linen closets in the hall. Roof is 12 yrs, HVAC 10-11 years, Water heater 2 1/2 years, Windows (except for a few in the sunroom & the kitchen ) 2 years old. Other windows were replaced with clear view, insulated windows. Floors in the Master, 1 other Bedroom, front living room are 8 years old. Garage door was replaced 2 years ago. The floors in the sunroom have some water stains. That is from watering plants, there were rugs down & they didn't realize the water damage was occurring. Refrigerator does not stay. Beautiful back yard has blackberry vines on the back fence. They should produce this season. This home has only been loved by 3 families in its lifetime. YOU CAN BE NEXT TO LOVE IT!
