This listing is to simply find out what sort of interest there is. We are looking to have the tenants screened with a potential move-in as soon as the end of the month or sometime in May.

- Proof of income: 3 mos. Check stubs. Or letter from employer stating income package.

-Background checks: cleared for all parties living on premises over age 18.

-3 references: 1 from work relation, 1 personal friend/family/ or church,
1 from previous housing.

-1-2, Small/medium dogs allowed upon request. For a one time, non refundable pet fee. (Per dog). Tenant must provide current vaccination records for each dog.

-No smoking inside the home is permitted.

- Not currently prepared to accept housing vouchers.

Lease agreement is standard 12 mos. And can be negotiated to a 6 mo. Or month to month basis after initial lease period has ended.

No smoking or vaping inside the premises.

Tenants are responsible for replacing the HVAC air filters as required.

Tenants are responsible for spigot covers during winter temperatures and freezing weather.
