First floor bedroom with dedicated bath and french doors for easy exit/entry make it a perfect mother-in-law suite. Bathroom has been updated with wood look tile flooring and tiled walk-in shower. Basement living area with a gas/wood fireplace and ceramic tile flooring is great for holiday gatherings. There is also a separate laundry area in the basement with plenty of storage. The second floor living room has large windows that let in plenty of natural light. It is very common to see deer or other wildlife roam through the yard. Second floor also has a kitchen with a pantry and separate dining area. Upstairs bath has a double vanity, tub/shower combo, and lots of storage. Most of the interior has newer paint and flooring throughout the home. Roof was replaced two years ago. Water heater was replaced two months ago. A/C compressor and coil replaced one year ago.     "You must have a car if you want to leave the city, we do have a small bus that comes very early but I’m not very familiar with it I’ve only seen it once or twice in the 30 years I’ve lived here. If you live close to town you can walk or ride a bicycle to almost everywhere in a matter of 10 min. "

    "The schools in the county aren’t great for high school. The area closer to the “city” isn’t as nice as the outer areas. It is overall conveniently located in between Louisville and Elizabethtown for things to do. There are lots of places to eat but not as many places to do for fun unless you’re involved in the community heavily. Bullitt County is a great place to live if you want to be close to Louisville without living in Louisville. It is a nice place to raise a family if you find the right area."

    "Honestly it’s not a bad neighborhood. But I wouldn’t say it’s the best either. I think you need to be safe walking out of the house and all. A lot of walkers and people solicit near where I live and sometimes it’s nerve wracking. As for packages I believe a few of ours have been stolen."
