The property is Fully Furnished including Utilities up to a limit . Spacious 2bed 2 bath townhome w/ 2 car carport 15-20 minutes from downtown Houston. The home is located in the city but has a feeling of serenity and relaxation due to the beautiful trails.
The master is on the right side of the house with a beautiful bay window to look out from. The master has a king-size bed 2 huge closets, remodeled bathroom, and a huge armoire for storage. The second bedroom is across the hallway with a large closet as well and a window looking out onto the back patio.
Pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis with a monthly fee and a deposit. Please make sure to fill out an application before requesting a tour.

Cozy Rustic home in the city of Houston but located on a beautiful green space away from all the hustle and bustle. It's quiet and serene with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master is on the right side of the house with a beautiful bay window to look out from. The master has a king-size bed 2 huge closets, remodeled bathroom, and an armoire for storage. The second bedroom is across the hallway with a large closet as well and a window looking out into the back patio. The home is furnished . All utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. The owner will pay for HOA fees, and yard maintenance. All-sized dogs are allowed as long as they are potty trained :-). No monthly pet fees but we do have a $500 non-refundable pet deposit. Any damage by the pet will be the responsibility of the tenant to fix appropriately. There are no costs associated with parking. The tenant has two private spots under a carport present onsite. No smoking inside the property but you can smoke on the greenspace and accordingly dispose of your cigarette buds appropriately. All potential tenants will require a background check to be completed at the time they fill out a rental application. once an application has been recieved and reviewed we will schedule time for an in-person tour and a Q&A. All applicants will need to have a minimum credit score of 600 with no eviction history.
