Two car carport, fenced backyard, and small building for storage use only (no vehicles parked inside). Country feel, but close to the city. Shopping and dining are very close by! Just 10 minutes to Mansfield, 20 minutes to both Arlington and Burleson. Schools are Mansfield ISD.

Landlord strongly prefers NO pets (but may consider and would personally have to approve the animal on an individual basis).
NO smoking or vaping on the inside of the home.
Due to on-site septic requirements, no more than four tenants are allowed.

Renter is responsible for all utilities, trash service, and lawn care. Home is all electric. Internet is available. Lease term for one year minimum. Landlord or representative will replace the HVAC air filter every 2-3 months and will schedule with tenants. Landlord can provide a list of suggested trash pickup services.

You don’t think your kids will ever get involved you better think twice. Our youth need their families close. You need to be involved in their lives. Especially if they say they are bored. And don’t forget your parents. Get them involved too. If you only have one still alive and in good health they are probably lonely. "
