Located in a quiet residential pocket of South Austin, this home is close to all that makes South Austin special. It's 1015 minutes to South Congress, Zilker Park, and downtown, and near local favorites like Jo's Coffee, Cosmic Coffee, St. Elmo Brewing, Radio Coffee & Beer, The Yard, and LeRoy and Lewis Barbecue. You're also close to Central Market, Sprouts, local taco joints, coffee shops, and have easy access to the airport and main highways (Ben White, MoPac, I-35).
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. No commercial photography, parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed. Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved in advance, and there are no Saturday check-outs. Dogs are not allowed on furniture, and a $150 cleaning fee applies if these rules are not followed. For the comfort of all guests, smoking or vaping inside the home is not permitted. If signs of smoking are found indoors, a $200 cleaning fee will be applied to refresh the space.

    "This is an older neighborhood in Austin so you won't have all the bells and whistles like a community pool, playground, etc but the best part of that is you also won't have an HOA breathing down your neck. You are free to paint your house whatever color you want, let your grass grow and have chickens if you so choose. People mostly mind their own business but as neighbors we are tight and lend a helping hand if needed. One woman has given us a key to her backyard so we can use her pool for years. The only community event I know of is an annual garage sale. I think I remember some kind of neighborhood party last year but I don't go to those sorts of things. We are an old south Austin neighborhood that has managed to keep the old Austin beliefs around. The schools aren't great but what can you do?"
