This apartment is a 1bd/1ba unit. I am looking for someone to take over the lease at the beginning to middle of October. Rent is $1945 per month with an additional amount due for water and valet trash, totally $2120 per month. A designated parking space is directly outside the patio gate and does not require an additional fee for parking. The grounds are beautiful. Great location. Excellent management. I have been offered a position in a different state that I simply can't turn down. The potential tenant would apply through the apartment company verifying income and would then take over the lease ending 3/24/25. Pets allowed.
