"I'm just visiting friends, but each time we've visited, winter or summer, the yards are immaculately maintained, no excessive cars parked on the streets, no dogs excessively barking or dog waste in yards. Overall, appears to be a great neighborhood to live and I haven't heard our hosts ever express any issues living here, only positive things. I think it would be a great place to live, either with a family, a young couple starting out, or empty-nesters. 👍A+"

"Truly friendly neighbors. Many paved walking and biking trails nearby. Along with grocery stores, shopping of all sorts is definitely nearby. "

"I have lived in the area since 1982. It is a wonderful place to live. There is a lot of traffic now that has doubled the travel time it requires to get to a local destination. The Community places an emphasis on education, outdoors, pet friendliness, and community events."

"I enjoy Fort Collins. It’s a pleasant town. I know a scant amount of my neighbors. We are within walking distance to several parks. The bus system is fantastic. "

"Almost everyone has a dog and takes their dog outside for walks. There is a walking trail behind the neighborhood. I wish we had a dog park in the neighborhood along with a doggie daycare or day camp. There are two dog parks that are about a 10 to 15 minute drive."
