Throughout the home are top-down bottom-up blinds with blackout shades in the bedrooms. The laundry area features a front-loading washing machine and a large pantry. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans are in the living room and both bedrooms. New furnace in 2026.

One dog is permitted. There is a dog door to the patio and fenced backyard for Fido's convenience. No cats are allowed. Please do not apply if you have a cat.
A non-refundable $300 pet deposit is required.

Owner is renting this house to a responsible party who will lovingly care for it. Lease will be for one year with a possibility for longer term lease. Tenant is responsible for all lawn care (mowing, watering, weeding) and pays for all utilities.

No smoking of any kind is allowed. Very friendly neighborhood.

Please provide background info about you and the other people who will be living with you (family, roommates), your anticipated move-in date, where you are relocating from, and any pets you anticipate moving in with you.
