"While things are improving and there is new development, gentrification hasn’t affected this neighborhood like other parts of philly. Most of the people have been here a while, grew up here there whole lives. While crime does happen, it is rarely random. Lot of police presence but they only worry about big stuff. Here you have grandparents waiting in the porch for their grandkids to come visit and see old lady’s walking to church on Sunday. Very easy to access everything the city has to offer. "
  • Quierr D.
"It’s pretty ok to live here. A lot goes on here the crime has not sky rocket so that’s a good thing. The mail gets delivered and the streets need mores cleaning "
