1st floor, 2 bedroom apartment for rent at 59 High Street in Downtown Biddeford. This is walking-distance to several great restaurants, cafes, shops, and bars/breweries/distilleries. This is also a short drive to UNE and beaches, and ~25 minute drive to Portland.

APARTMENT DETAILS:
- Kitchen with appliances and tile floor.
- Living room with large bay windows.
- 2 bedrooms, both with closets.
- Bathroom with full shower/tub and vanity.
- Dining Room located off of the kitchen.
- Laundry room with washer and dryer hook ups.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- Heat is included, hot water is electric, tenant pays electricity.
- Cats are allowed with $25 per month pet fee.
- Small dogs are allowed with $50 per month pet fee.
- Street parking.

TO MOVE IN:
- Available early June!
- $1750 first month's rent + $1650 security deposit = $3400 cashier check or money order required up front.
- MUST be able to commit to a lease through July 31st, 2026.
- MUST have references and pass a background check; we screen tenants!

    "There are lots of dogs in the neighborhood quiet roads and sidewalks to walk them. There are also trails and parks nearby. The only issue for us in our neighborhood is that there are several families that allow their dogs to be outside off leash and unfortunately our dog does not do well with other dogs."
