Feeling safe to let your kids play outdoors, ride their bikes, and astonishing as it sounds, you can trust a stranger you’ve never met prior & safely offer them a ride if in need. It use to be an elderly community, a lot has change and it seems now to be sorely fed with new families. Very family style city."
