  • Desa Martin
"There are a lot of dog owners. Make sure to have extra yard security if your dog is temperamental with other animals! There will be a decent amount of owners walking their dogs down your street."
  • Cheyenne H.
"The neighborhood is very close in proximity to downtown and stores are easily accessible and within walking distance "
  • Victor.mosher
"Great place for community get togethers just won’t want my kid to hang out in the streets because there are a lot of bad influences in the community "
  • Cindylalex
"pretty quiet neighborhood, neighbors look out for one another & are friendly, it's a safe neighborhood. we have lived here for over 25 years."
  • Chardonnae M.
"There are many families here and great parks and schools....there is alot of other amenities too....."
  • Oroville R. c.
"nice folks , could use some more flavorful restaurants "
  • Robert W. R.
"This area is a heavy mixture of old mobile homes, very little pride of ownership. Weeds sky high in the summer time and junk vehicles abound. It would be a good area for urban renewal if they had such a thing in Tehama County. In the summer one good fire would wipe out 3/4 of the homes there. It is sad because it could be a lovely area, and there is basically only one way in and one way out."
