"There are no community events whatsoever. The neighborhood consists of individuals who keep to themselves in an attempt to keep the peace. The much too common party or domestic dispute breaks the silence of the night. Not suitable for families."

"The nightly car chases and homicides make my community "special". The tweakers and homeless that rummage through my trash cans weekly are especially awesome. Then there is Foothill High and Foothill Ranch school with the most incompetent staff of any establishment. Don't move here...unless you think the above facts is an improvement from your current situation. "

"There are regular or daily morning and evening dog walkers. All breeds are represented with in the community. Lots of loud traffic and the turkeys can be a little bit overwhelming for the dogs. "
