Strict No Smoking Policy

Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with a separate Pet Rent Agreement, which includes a non-refundable deposit of $500 and $50 per pet per month. No more than two pets are allowed. No pets over 40 pounds. No aggressive dog breeds: Rottweiler, Pitbull, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Siberian Husky, Akita, Mastiff, Wolf-hybrids.
