About this House

Furnished Freestanding Guest House in back of main house. 2-car Garage Tandem Parking. 3 level beach house a block from the sand. Large open first floor has a living room with a comfortable seating area, flat screen TV & a dining area that seats 6. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, including a large refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove & everything else you need. The main bedroom has a comfortable King size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a comfortable Queen size bed & a private balcony. Both have walk-in closets. There is also a small third room off the roof deck, with a window looking out over the ocean that has a full sized bed. It can be used as either a small office/or bedroom. Please note it is about 60 sq' total in size. The bathrooms have designer tile & vanities & the 2nd floor bathroom has a full sized tub & shower. The top floor of the house has a laundry area with your own washer/dryer & a large roof deck with spectacular views. Rental price includes high speed wireless Internet access and all utilities (electric, trash, gas & water). Rental price is for long term lease. Small pets can be considered but the rent and security deposit will increase. For shorter term rental inquire for price & availability. Apartment is furnished but can be offered unfurnished. Available for viewing, please inquire.
