Fully stocked kitchen, new appliances and new furniture. The closest laundry-mat is 6 min drive, as the premise does not have laundry. A 5-10 min walk to downtown Winooski where you will find great coffee shops, restaurants, shopping and bars. Some of the best restaurants in town are located here. Very close to UVM Hospital as well as the other surrounding colleges - making this apartment very centrally located. Please note- this is being rented fully furnished.

Owner pays for all utilities (water, trash / recycling, gas, electric, internet). Last months rent due at signing as well as non-refundable cleaning fee $200. Parking is street parking only. No animals permitted, this is a month to month lease.
