You will love living in this quiet neighborhood in this large, beautiful home. Avoid the cookie cutter homes without a fenced yard, screened lanai etc. You can live in an established neighborhood with homeowners as neighbors. A lease option to buy can be possible. This house has freshly painted with neutral colors. It shows like new. The floors are mostly ceramic tile, except the bedrooms and family room have plush beige carpet.

The formal living and dining rooms greet you as you walk in the front door. In addition there is a 20' x 20' family room (with an additional large storage closet).

The master bedroom had a nice walk-in closet.

The convenience of a large inside laundry room with extra storage is a real plus.

Relax in your completely fenced back yard with 10' x 20' screened and tiled lanai. The large storage shed has a concrete floor.
