There is a fenced low maintenance backyard with stamped concrete patio and raised garden beds. Front yard with automatic sprinkler system. Two car garage with opener. New exterior paint. Utilities and lawn maintenance not included. One cat allowed with additional $250 deposit and $25 per month pet rent. The house is not suitable for dogs due to the raised beds and gravel pathways. * No Smoking * Tenant credit and background checks are done using TransUnion SmartMove.     "it's a nice area and safe. bus route close by and lots of close shopping. Not much need for a car. Medical aide very close by and ambulane station in neighborhood. Have never had anything stolen or any threats in the area. Schools nearby. I walk to WinCo which is open 24 hours which is great . Traffic is tolerable and roads kept up well. "
