We don't have sidewalks, so we have to teach our children and pets how to walk respectifully.     "i live here and its a well established neighborhood with mature trees and neighbors that have lived there very long, the bus stop is right around the corner, it's very pet friendly people walk their dogs around all the time and are friendly, neighbors look out for each other, very clean street, the schools are one of the best in town, their is lots of shopping right down the street and close to the malls, their is lots of street parking and as well as 4 people can park in their driveways, their has been no crime records in this neighborhood and Santa Clara has one of the lowest crime rate in Eugene/Springfield, their is a park and rec right in the area with activities, swimming, exercise room daycare, summer camps and kids activities just a great area for anyone young, old or with a family "
