Backyard is divided with privacy chain link fence and entire back yard is fenced. as upper and lower. Lower backyard set up with barn and 50’ round pen. Upper yard has pool, large new pool deck, and artificial turf. Parklike. Mandarin, orange and lemon trees. New patio cover 13’ x 25’ all aluma wood. Whole house has double pane windows, air conditioner and new luxury vinyl plank flooring.
Exterior of house is painted in TexCote. Never have to repaint, just power wash!
