Walking distance to Miller restaurants and short drive to beach. Has a kitchen pantry plus separate laundry room with washer/dryer hookups. Appliances are NOT included. Good work and rent history is required. Section 8 is accepted. If you are approved to be the tenant then there is a 50 non-refundable fee for a background check before we sign a lease.
